"Great location ! We had a lovely two night stay here in great weather . Hotel is dated but is typically British which I love . Clean rooms and comfortable beds . Fridge was a massive bonus with it being mid to late 20° with free water on arrival too . Shower pressure low which could be annoying in the colder days . Only gripe was tv sound was restricted so couldn't hear but luckily we wasn't there to watch it . WiFi ok . Lastly we was lucky finding a parking space out front because they are public too !"

"Stayed for one night with my 9yr old and it was lovely. Great pool, breakfast included which was brilliant, lots to chose from. My lad loved his welcome pack in our room which gave him a £5 voucher to spend on ice cream"

"Excellent location. Top floor has a lovely sea and beach view. Reception were friendly and booking in easy. The choice of breakfast was excellent as were the breakfast staff. The only downside was that I booked during the heatwave and there’s no air conditioning in the room. A fan is provided-but in extreme heat air conditioning would’ve been perfect. I recommend this hotel and will return in the future."

"The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to all of the city's attractions, everything within a 10 minute walk and 5 minutes from the town centre. The taxi from the railway station only took about 10 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant and bar area. The breakfast was very nice with a good variety of options. The only negative points were that the room was a bit dark, the shower was prone to leak if the door wasn't shut carefully and the TV was a bit temperamental, switching itself off sometimes, and a fridge would have been nice, none of which spoiled our enjoyment of the hotel. Overall it was a nice hotel, well located with friendly staff."

"Room was bright and a good size, en-suite needed more light and the shower was fairly average! On the plus side, the restaurant was excellent, both evening meal and breakfast! service was was very friendly and attentive! Location was a bit too remote for my liking but would not rule out a return visit!"
