Fantanstic stay. A peaceful oasis near the desert. I will be back.

The hostel opened a few years ago, so it was very clean, and the staff were all very nice and helpful, so we had a wonderful time there. Our children loved the common space and spent a lot of time there, feeling at home. Although my flight back home was at night, the staff helped us even after we checked out. Highly recommended for your stay in Cairo!

Great hotel - clean spacious room with great amenities! Also an excellent breakfast. Good options for restaurants - the Armenian is highly recommended.

It is my usual stay in Cairo, staff anticipate your needs, reception team is impressive

Great hotel!!

Wonderful staff. Great buffet breakfast. Very clean and comfortable.

We stayed just one night in between flights and was super convenient. They picked us up with a shuttle and dropped us back. The restaurant was opened until late and the staff were really kind. The room was comfortable and good conditions.

Entire stay was amazing from start to finish! The service is wonderful from every staff member from the moment you arrive. I ate in all but 1 restaurant, used the pool as well as spa services. Not one complaint from me about any of it.

Excellent three night stay

Checked in here after Kemplinski which had no heart and soul , lived Sofitel it was buzzing, great pool area and bars Super time How hotels.com can rate Kemplinski 8.8 and Sofitel 8.9 doesn’t make sense

The location is great as its near the airport,The staff seemed friendly and happy to help. The hotel does seem old and it does show within the hotel decor and fittings. The room was clean. We had a set menu for evening dinner which was dissapointing for the price but we made do as we were tired and didnt want to go looking else where to eat.The hotel provided transport to the airport the following morning at a small cost which was handy. If you want a clean room for a day or 2 near the airport I...

Great value for money. The quality of service and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and attentive, always checking if everything was okay. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel also feels very safe and secure, which is important for any traveler.

Had a great experience and would visit again for sure ,every facility of the hotel is awesome the food the people working there etc . Loved the breakfast in night and day restaurant ,a must add on if u can . Stayed in the club rooms on 17 floor so the club lounge was great . Nile view from room was breathtaking .

Very pleasant stay will definitely stay again. Staffs and food excellent.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and the public rooms were furnished with fab Egyptian historical pieces throughout. Breakfast lovely and particularly cool was the fact we were only in our room for about 1 minute when a knock on the door revealed the waiter with welcoming fresh fruit drinks. You will though need to arrive by taxi as not easy at all to find. In small sidestreet with no obvious signage.
