Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The hotel lobby, breakfast and restaurants were great but the room was ver outdated. The carpet was old and stained and need replacement. Furniture look very old and the bathroom was outdated and things were falling apart. I asked several times, at front desk and housekeeping, to have our room vacuumed and body wash dispenser to be refilled and it was never done. I would not stay here again.

It’s all about the people working at Ramses Hilton! Everyone is doing an excellent job. From the great team at the front desk, to the customers service staff that calls every day to make sure I didn’t need anything, and finally to the great guy handling house keeping everyday on my floor from nine AM to five PM with a warm and great smile that brightens my day. Thanks everyone.
