They will ask you for more money
They gave me a crib for my six years old daughter. I objected, so they send a foldable bed and stated they will charge extra. I said no and they agreed. however, after leaving the hotel, my wife forgot a cheap necklace with sentimental value. I called to check, they said they found it. however, they will not relieve it unless I pay approx 11,477EGP with us equivalent to $1800 for an upgrade That I don't know anything about or signed for.
Also, the AC was freezing cold and never got fixed although I repeatedly complained about it. Their solution was simply to turn it off!
