very friendly and helpful staff. Al Masa one building is outdated, bathrooms definitely needs upgrading. Very easy access to other parts of the city. Gardens and the restaurants within the hotel are first class. It is a mini resort type hotel. I will come back again but will stay in the Al Masa two building. modern and tidy, compared to al Masa One building.

Wonderful stay from check-in to checkout. the staff were so welcoming, and the location made everything easy. I Highly recommend the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Mohammed, Omer or Mostapha and Shahenda . They Exceeded our expectations , At the breakfast area Hassen and Malak’s services was great and the food was more than excellent, Also after we arrived we had a light lunch and Mony or Her name is Manah her service is excellent. The room was spotless and surprisingly quiet, modern room with a great view over the garden and beautiful . Great value for a property has so many restaurants we visited the Khodawey restaurant the chef so professional and Mohamed and other dinner’s service general mean are very good and excellent service . Lovely hotel with Golf Cars 👍 make it easy to move around the hotel . Beautiful Hotel and very Quite 👌

The hotel has manicured grounds, very helpful staff, beautiful lobby and meeting rooms. Breakfast is amazing and everything looks spotless. Some rooms are older while others are very nice and new

The hotel grounds are beautiful and the property is very well maintained. The room was comfortable and very clean. There was a lot of variety for breakfast with some changes each day, which is nice. There are also at least 5 different restaurants/cafes which for us was convenient. The staff were very responsive whenever we needed anything. We would stay at Al Masa again.

A monstrously decadent grand building full of Africa princes and wedding guests. Wonderful reception areas very grand. The rooms are functional and more corporate but lacking a desk to work at - chair/desk at wrong height and clustered with coffee making facilities. Bathroom was great, but a little tired and the shower wasn’t wide enough, even for a skinny lad. Nice balcony and lovely grounds in gated compound. Didn’t seem to be near anything interesting.

We loved our stay at the Al Masa. The property is a peaceful respite from the chaos of Cairo. Easy access to the Pyramids, Egyptian Museum, Coptic and Islamic Cairo; and more. Breakfast was incredible.

Some areas around the hotel seemed worn down and could use some updating. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, safe, had great dining options, extra amenities such as pool and bowling and the staff took really good care of us.

This hotel is perfect! Super nice everywhere! Very clean , Nice customer service, this hotel has 2 main buildings, beautiful lobbies, nice pool area and 5 very good restaurants, a cinema, gym , bowling area and nice gardens, Hotel situated in a. Ice area I will come back here next I come to Cairo for sure!

This hotel has two buildings. The first has rooms in need of updating, with dated carpeting and balconies without screens that don't even open into the hallways. The second has more modern rooms with screens and home automation. I stayed in the first, and the room was very dated, nice, but not the cleanest. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast was very good and plentiful. The air conditioning can be turned off or adjusted. It's great to have amenities right in the hotel, such as a bank, bar, and a small supermarket. The staff is friendly.

The property was beautiful and well manicured. It was so much to do and see on the property you really don't need to go out unless you're going on a tour. I stayed for 6 days and didn't explore the entire property. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. There's a bowling alley, several restaurant options, lounges, hookahs, movie theater, bank, swimming pools, etc. Definitely worth booking and enjoying. The only negative is they could get rid of the carpet in the rooms but it's not a deal breaker.

Well the room is old dated but cleanliness was ok Staff were not pleasant unless you tip them. After cleaning the room they would take all the towels and not return them, this kept happening for 4 days! I believe they do it so you order them and get more tips And they take forever to deliver them anyway I tired 2 restaurants in the hotel Food was ok Service was slow Music was playing till around 2 am around the pool and loud so you could hear it from the room clearly Good hotel for the location Terrible for it's price point
