Our room was clean, big and had everything we needed. Loved the sharing cupboard were you could leave items that you didn't need anymore like food or toiletreies for other travelers to take. There are two big groceries within a 10 minutes walk in a big shopping centre. The reception was friendly and quick. The room was very spacious and clean, with everything you need to eat in if you prefer. We had a room on the third floor, which was very quiet, with an outlook over the pool. The area is very limited for eating out options, but the main shopping area is only a block away for supplies. All tour bookings could be done through the hotel which was seamless and the tours were great. A few areas of concern were the weekly cleaning was not great as the floors were still quite dirty and the bathroom toiletries were not restocked.
