The flat is located on the very first line of the beach, right on the Paseo Marítimo of Cádiz, an area surrounded by good restaurants, bars, beach bars open all year round, supermarkets,... The 250m2 property has 3 bedrooms and capacity for up to 7 people. Moreover, thanks to its three bathrooms you won't have to depend on each other when it comes to taking a relaxing shower. It is a cosy place despite its size thanks to its exquisite decoration and equipment. It is located on the 12th floor of an elegant building with lifts. It is a very bright flat thanks to its large windows and its huge 120m2 terrace with sea views.
