Equipped with a sofa bed and a coffee table, this living space also features a state-of-the-art Smart TV, ideal for leisurely evenings. Adorned with two bright exterior balconies, the living room offers impressive views of the bustling Calle Compañía. The kitchen, with its open and modern design, perfectly combines functionality and aesthetics. Fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, this kitchen features a central island that serves as the heart of the apartment, complemented by three stylish barstools, ideal for breakfasts or informal dinners.
