Apartment Description:
This lovely accommodation in the famous La Viña area features two bedrooms — one with a double bed and the other with two single beds — a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a complete bathroom. It is located on the second floor and has an lift.

The rooftop offers a private area within a shared space, accessible by lift and then stairs to the top floor. The apartment includes WiFi, as well as bed linen and towels.

A cot and high chair are available upon request.

Paddleboards are available to rent during your stay, subject to availability (a security deposit will be required).

The reservation includes one free parking space:

⚠️ Small parking space with limited capacity.Please note that this parking spot is only suitable for compact and mid-size vehicles due to its reduced dimensions. It is not recommended for large cars or SUVs. For larger vehicles, we suggest looking for alternative parking nearby. (Parking dimensions: 2 metres high, 2.22 metres wide, and 4.40 metres long).

Access to the apartment:
Access to the apartment is via the STAYMYWAY mobile app. Check-in time is from 16:00 onwards.

We will be happy to assist you during your stay for anything you may need, leaving at your disposal a phone number available from 20h to resolve any mishap that occurs in the flat. On arrival it will be necessary to fill in and sign an accommodation document in accordance with the regulations.
Deposit:
When you go to the office to collect the keys, you will have to make a deposit of €300 by credit/debit card as a deposit, which will be returned to you within a maximum period of 72 hours after your departure.
