Flat was clean, modern and cool. Amenities were useful and nice. It can be noisy at night with dogs barking for long periods of time. The apartment was comfortable, well-furnished, and very clean, with a lovely terrace offering a partial sea view. The location was excellent – close to the supermarket, restaurants, and the beach. The staff at the rental agency were friendly, helpful, and attentive. They regularly inquired about the state of affairs. All the information provided was clear and easy to follow. Even the taxi driver Jorge associated with the company was pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely book again in the future. Many thanks to the wonderful team at Cadiz4Rentals! The only small downside was that there were occasional unpleasant odors coming from the drains. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience. ##### jozef ### 4/10 Poor #### Nader 19 Jun 2024 Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, communication We requested bed sheets and blankets and never received these. The house smelled like sewer the whole time. There was a dog barking the whole 2 days. The sheets were thin and no blankets were supplied even after we requested them. There was a cold front coming through Cadiz and we froze the whole time. The reason we did not extend our stay was because of the foul smell that was making us nauseous throughout the house. Additionally the floors were black with dirt. We loaded the dish washer wilth All the dirty dishes, took out the garbage. . The flat was not sanitary with the strong sewage odor and should not be rented.
