"Everything was great. From the hosts Douglas and his mother were amazing. Perfect location. Everything is walkable or 10 minutes by buggy. The included breakfast was prepared fresh to order by the chef. We were extremely happy with our experience here. The people are so friendly and welcoming. "A localização e o atendimento no café da manhã são ótimos, deixa muito a desejar na limpeza e estado de conservação dos quartos. A limpeza diária se resume em esticar os lençóis. passar um pano ou varrer o chao do quarto não acontecem, as áreas comuns também com a limpeza bem ruim. Meu quarto tinha lençóis velhos e manchados, tudo com muita falta de limpeza e conservação. Infelizmente não retornarei a essa pousada pois já fiquei em outras que estão em condições melhores e mesmo preço."

"Great property in general, friendly staff and a very comfortable stay. The pool was on maintenance while I was there, so didn't really get to use it, but also wished they had a hot tub instead of 3 pools. The steam while a great concept didn't work either. I liked the fact that it was a 15mins walk from one of my favourite beach Conceicao where you can spend time watching the sunset there. Given the fact that there is supposed to be 'no plastic' and eco-friendly, I would just recommend to have a water refill station for self service instead of needing to get someone to do it, they were always willing and happy to assist but this would save some time to have a drinking water refill station. "
"Are arrival to Hamares was great. Everyone was very open and friendly. The property was beautiful and well cared for, and our room was beyond expectations. It was my wife’s birthday and our anniversary, they prepared a cake for her with flowers on the bed. We felt very special!"
