This luxury villa is being offered at a discounted rate for the first 3 guests!  
Bring the family to this serene location. The Villa has 6 beds, AC units, a backup generator, Wi-Fi, hot water, dishwasher, washer and dryer, backyard with fruit trees and flowers. The outdoor space includes a covered driveway for 2 vehicles, a large green yard, a hammock, a covered terrace with a dining table, and seating for 8\. The pool includes an in-pool sitting bench and an adjacent spa/kiddie pool.  
The space  
The Villa is a smoke-free and brand-new construction designed with families in mind. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large dishwasher. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom or private bathroom with air conditioner, Bluetooth ceiling fan, and blackout curtains. Bedrooms are equipped with floor-to-ceiling wood closets or walk-in closets.

Guests will have access to rooms on the first and second floor including the 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms listed. Kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, balcony on second floor. Front porch, covered driveway, covered terrace, washer and dryer, backyard, outdoor shower, and pool.
