Great Service, great location and a great beach!
This hotel/resort left us with our mouths open!
We went for 4 days and 3 nights (August 31- Sept. 3) and we definitely plan to return.
The great things:
• The service was exceptional. From the time we arrived they made sure we felt welcomed. Each staff member we met went above and beyond in catering to our every request. Everyone was friendly and curteous.
• This hotel had a great location. We were able to visit the towns of Rio San Juan, Cabarete, and Cabrera during our stay. Each town had its own personality and were all beautiful especially Rio San Juan.
• This hotel had a great beach! It was clean and clear and child friendly.
• The food and the drinks were also excelent.
The lesser great things:
• We were a family of seven and we had three beds, one of the bed was a bit stiff and slightly uncomfortable but we spoke to the staff and they were happy to change the bed for us.
