"Pros: Zentrale Lage & Raumaufteilung & Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Cons: Leider ging bei uns im Badezimmer das Licht nicht. Da das Badezimmer kein Fenster hat war dies semi optimal. Dies haben wir auch sofort dem Host gemeldet. Leider wurde sich innerhalb von 7 Tagen nicht mehr darum gekümmert. Die Betten und die Sitzmöbel sollten mal erneuert werden. Diese waren leider sehr durchgesessen"

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer Traumwohnung unmittelbar an einem der schönsten Strände Mallorcas - dem Es Trenc. Fußläufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichen, besser geht es nicht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Dachterrasse einfach klasse! Wir waren schon oft auf Mallorca aber noch nie so schön und komfortabel gewohnt. "Super Kontaktaufnahme vom Anbieter. Aufmerksame und bedarfsorientierter Check-in. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, auch mit Getränken zur Ankunft. Hilfsbereitschaft in allen Dingen. Nähe zum Strand in 3 Minuten. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich kann diese Unterkunft bestens empfehlen."

"Hubert was above and beyond as a host. He helped to arrange a taxi to bring us to the unit and then met us there. He personally gave a tour of the flat and gave recommendations on food and activities based on what we wanted to experience on this vacation. The flat was perfect, clean, and located within steps to the beach and restaurants. The balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee. I would stay here again and again!"

"It’s a cute and clean holiday house that we were lucky enough to have for ourselves. The cons were the amount of mosquitoes at that particular spot and there was no soap in the bathroom when we arrived. The freezer didn’t work properly. Information about the fact the water is completely un-drinkable. We didn’t even want to wash the vegetables with the tap water. I could have been nice if there were some hand soap in the bathroom."

A shaded large balcony perfect for dining and a brilliant roof terrace with sunbeds, table and chairs and even a shower for cooling down. The Hosts Hubert and Joan were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, Thanks Guy's for a wonderful holiday, keep doing what you are doing."
