    The Space:

    Experience comfort while surrounded by the tropics at their finest. Absorb Pacific Ocean views from your balcony. This remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo is located oceanfront in the Flamingo Marina Cove complex. You are steps from the sand and the new Flamingo Marina and you can see and hear the waves! Beautiful Flamingo Beach is only a 5-minute walk--only 400 yards away. The location is ideal--walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, medical services, and banks. This beautiful rental condo has 2 Bedrooms, and 2 baths on one level. This is a 2nd story condo and is located 50 minutes from the Liberia International Airport.



    This oceanfront property, located on the 2nd level, features over 810 Square feet of living space. The master has a king-size bed, pillow top mattress with a full bathroom, and a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, pillow-top mattresses, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. (We can convert the twins into a king bed upon request). There is also a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area to sleep 4-6 people comfortably. Everything is brand new and professionally decorated! Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



    There is cable TV, Internet, A/C, and Phone in the unit. The oceanfront balcony private balcony has plenty of seating as well as a gas BBQ grill! The beautiful kitchen features wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a built-in cooktop, stainless steel appliances, and an eat-in dining area. Flamingo Marina Cove 404 is turn-key and fully equipped for the best vacation possible! Parking is free and there is security 24/7. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities like salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soap. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!

    Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and is located only 400 yards from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is 45minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots.



    We want to be up front with you: this property doesn’t have a pool. However, it compensates with a prime location, just steps away from sun, sand and salty water. Enjoy!

Relaxing Convenient

Amazing Spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at your condo. The view was spectacular and location was great. Lots of small shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy parking and security on property, which made 3 women in a foreign country feel very safe. The beach chairs and cooler was great as well! Thanks for a great stay in Costa Rica!

We have visited Flamingo many times. This location was convenient to the new marina. It has a good ocean and beach view from the marina side of Flamingo. Enjoyed watching the boats and hearing the waves.

Paradise vacation

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The condo is very cozy and the view was amazing. Loved specious balcony to relax on the couch and enjoy the ocean breeze. Beach is only 5 steps away. Very private and quiet place. The marina, shops and the restaurants within walking distance. This place is a gem! Highly recommend. Definitely will be coming back.

Best location!

Being beach side was absolutely amazing and they stocked the villa with a cooler and beach chairs. The rental company was incredibly helpful with booking excursions and so responsive at off-hours even though they didn't need to be. Very comfy beds and a/c cooled very efficiently. Wifi worked great too. Our ONLY downside was mosquitoes that kept getting inside and this was a big negative for us. There was a gap by the door that may have contributed and of course any time we went in/out. We didn't report anything because I doubt there is anything they could have done. The walkable location to the marina shops and beyond was also a big plus. Great, great place.

We recently spent 3 nights at the Flamingo Condo. This was our second trip to this area, the last time having stayed at a nearby resort. I LOVED our stay at this condo, and the area it was in. The condo itself is great. As listed, with comfy beds, good air conditioning, well laid out space, and a decent kitchen. Communication with Mariela at Blue Zone was fantastic. She was responsive and provided us with all the info we needed. Having laundry on site was also so appreciated. The location of this condo was my absolute favorite. The flamingo marina cove is a perfect little spot to swim and relax. My husband did some snorkeling and saw a bunch of puffer fish, and an eagle ray close by. I loved that this spot wasn’t too crowded. We walked to the nearby marina and surrounding restaurants. There was plenty close by. This was the perfect end to our Costa Rica vacation. My biggest regret was that we did not spend more time here. I absolutely hope to return and would book this place again in a heartbeat!

Great spot

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, laundry was very accessible. Beautiful view of the ocean. It was a little hard to find at first. The construction next door was pretty loud, but there is nothing you guys can do about that. Overall it was a very nice place to stay. Just what we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing condo tucked away

Clean, renovated condo on the beach. Very private though there was a little construction noise (it wasn’t bad). It’s a smaller private beach with few people. We brought our snorkeling gear and loved seeing a variety of fish near the rocks off the beach. The patio was perfect for reading and relaxing and the condo was well equipped. Blue Water Property group was responsive any time we had questions and was great at arranging excursions. We would love to stay again.

A secret gem!

We absolutely loved this condo. Our first time to Costa Rica it was hard to choose from so many options but price and location was great. Our teenage boys could fish from the rocks below. There was a great entry spot to soak in ocean. We snorkeled from there. Cute small beach with tree swing and most of the time we felt like it was our own private beach. Once in a while we would soak in ocean with others who were locals and so nice. The blue zone reprisentative Abby was amazing,helped us with booking things and anything we had questions about. She reached out on WhatsApp before we even got there. The true Flamingo beach is a short walk and the waves were great for playing in for older. We only stayed 4 nights then moved to Tamarindo because I thought it would be more exciting but we ended up coming back to hang on flamingo beach cause we loved it so much. Wish we would have stayed longer. It was just so peaceful. You can walk to food. Would go again!

Location not for us

The condo was very cute and clean. It is small with little storage, no place to unpack, really not designed for more than a weekend stay. The facility itself is old and dated. The pool area, while clean is in need of updates. The local construction is overwhelming and distracting. There is a very touristy feel, too many American and European style restaurants. Also, the beaches were not what we expected, we have nicer beaches at home in Florida. This location would probably be great for people who surf, fish and don't have easy access to beaches. Like I said, nice condo but just not for us.

Loved this place there is a lot of construction going on as they are inproving the marina next door and building. Hotel beside it awesome spot right in the beach and Jew is spectacular it did not take us long to find groceries liquor store abd great restaurants We would go back This place was so nice and clean had everything we needed

Flamingo Vacation November 2021

The property (Condo) and location are awesome, I would've given it a 5 star if it wasn't for the construction work going on in the complex and access road, this was a minor nuisance but didn't impact our enjoyment too much. The apartment itself is beautiful and the small beach in front of the property is nice and almost feels like it is just for you. Flamingo Beach is beatiful and we anjoyed awesome sunsets. there are local restaurants for all tastes and budgets. Kelly Viales was really helpfull. I would definitely go back.
