  • Private rooftop, private plunge pool, and the Pacific laid out below — this top-floor penthouse in Vista Vela is built around one thing: the view. Sunsets over Land`s End, whales in season, and a terrace that`s yours alone. Three bedrooms sleep six.

    Full kitchen, dedicated workspace, fast Wi-Fi. Three bedrooms: a king in the primary with El Arco on the horizon, a king in bedroom two, and two singles in the kids` room. The private rooftop holds the plunge pool, grill and bar seating, daybeds, and a covered pergola with dining for six.

    Elevator building, free parking. Community gym, pool and pickleball court on site — shared with the Vista Vela complex. The rooftop terrace and plunge pool are private to the penthouse.

    El Tezal at the doorstep — walk to Costco, Soriana, cafés and restaurants. 10 minutes to downtown Cabo and the marina. 15 to Santa María, Chileno Bay and Cabo Bello beaches.
