There was no hot water in the shower, they were notified same day of my arrival, took them 5 days to tell me i need to open the knob half way for hot water. When asked they were very rude, saying that there is nothing wrong with the water heater and I was the first guest ever having issues with hot water, also responded very rude when asked for another set of clean bed sheets.
