Gated condominium with janitors and night watchman, with 2 certain spots, electronic gate and remote control. Leisure area with adult and child pool, 2 grills, soccer field, playground. 1 Private barbeque inside the apartment. Full kitchen. Internet WIFI and Cable TV with basic package of channels. Plasma TV 42 " \* CAPACITY OF HOSTS: Condo rules limit a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children. Total of 12 people. \* CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT SCHEDULES: Check in after 2 pm. Departure time is until 10 hours. Cleaner cleans the apartment from 10am to 2pm, in case of same day check-in and check-out. Free time, if you do not have guests coming and going the same day. \*LOCATION: Near the bridge that crosses the canal. Opposite side of the canal the street of bikinis. No mais atendeu todas a nossas expectativas a piscina da área comum muito boa grande o zelador bem solicito, o dono do imóvel também super educado e atencioso.
