The rooms and pool are modern, look good, are clean, staff are friendly.
However there are many problems.
There is something unfriendly about the place which has no reflection on the staff on the ground, they force you to wear a silly bracelet for the duration of your stay and basically fine you if you remove it, there is a long list of other things you can also be fined for. This bracelet thing might be normal for an all inclusive hotel where the lazy customers do not leave the hotel however I like an active holiday and dont like a bracelet that screams I am a silly tourist please mug me.
On the first morning we were pressured into a silly time wasting tour of the hotel which purpose was to sell things, it was very difficult to get out of and was very odd, the guide even sat with us for some of our breakfast.
The biggest problem is the noise inside the room, the fool that designed the place has us walking to the room in a hallway open to a very busy road meaning that the only thing between the bedroom and the road noise is a normal door, if you are a light sleeper this will not work for you as vehicles are very loud here. I imagine the architect designed the place working in an office in a city far away and spent no time on site before, during or after construction.
The bedroom is very poorly soundproofed and the bathroom has no extractor fan but a strange vent in the wall which means you can hear a lot of uncomfortable toilet, shower and sexual noises from the neighbour
