The only thing is that they should tell you that the last check in message will arrive late as well, because I thought I would not get the message and therefore not be able to go into the area. So they would need better communication. Also you should get the wifi password clearly when you book, I could not find it anywhere. Other than that it was good"

"The hotel was a good option for an overnight stay during a long drive down the E4. Nothing fancy but a solid option with all the basic amenities. The breakfast was good. We had one of requests forgotten, but the staff stood up to that to everyone’s satisfaction."

"Boutique hotel within walking distance of train station and in downtown Sundsvall. Lightly staffed and property was a bit aged, understandably because the building was probably 100 years old, but it met our needs and breakfast was sufficient. "

But what the biggest disappointment was, since I wanted to cook, there was nothing shown on the images available… sad. "Easy check-in process, keypad code provided by text message on day of arrival. Room was basic but clean and decent for the price. Good shared shower and toilet facilities and washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious."
