An excellent stay at Hotel Knaust in Sundsvall. Great tradition in the best possible location down town Sundsvall. Nicely renovated with the old architecture maintained - the mirror dining room is worth the visite.

Knaust i Sundsvall är alltid bra! Härligt bemötande. Vackra miljöer och fina, personliga rum. Frukosten är toppen men välj en annan tid än kl 09:00- 09:30 då det ofta är fullt.

Very good service by the staaf, friendly. Despite that it looked like every guest decided to eat breakfast at the same time the staaf keept buffe filled and they cleand the tables to provide for new guest to sit very fast.

Städ och frukost hade mer att önska.

Så fint och charmigt hotell i hjärtat av Sundsvall. Att önska var dock bättre städning, hittade chips efter föregående gäst under nattygsbordet. Frukosten var ok. Synd att pannkaksjärnet gav halvfärdiga och degiga pannkakor. Frukostkostnaden för dottern som gästade oss, gick på 225:-, vilket kändes som en VÄL tilltagen summa för vad som erbjöds att äta.

Sådär, men vacker miljö

På det stora hela är vi nöjda, fantastisk hotellmiljö i vacker byggnad. Knepigt med parkering och svårt att komma fram till hotellet med avstängd väg utanför. Vi hade lite problem med rummet trots att vi betalade för en uppdatering. Översvämning i duschen och ett duschmunstycke som var trasigt och vatten som sprutade överallt. När min Dotter kom andra natten och skulle krypa ned i sängen låg där en nappflaska från föregående gäster. Det gav ingen trevlig känsla tyvärr och det känns så där att ha betalat för uppdatering av rummet med nappflaska i sängen och trasig och översvämmad dusch. Slutligen kände vi att frukosten öppnade lite väl sent på lördagen och då vi hade en tid att passa blev det stressigt och ingen möjlighet att njuta av hotellets frukost då tiden blev så knapp.
