Welcome to Cape Cod living in this one of a kind vintage waterfront property located on Buzzards Bay. This property comes with its own private beach just steps off the back deck and amazing water views. Superb location, close to Grey Gables Market, the famous Lobster Trap Restaurant and ice cream!  
  
Let Us Tell You About This Home:  
Waterfront vintage beach house located right on Buzzards Bay. Spacious home with two levels, large common areas and a private beach. Amazing views of Buzzards Bay! This home is a great spot to start making those family memories.  
  
Two bedrooms, including a master with a private bath are located on the first floor. The kitchen, dining area, large open Livingroom and a laundry area complete the first floor level.   
The living room has a mini split to keep you cool and a TV to keep you entertained.   
  
The stairs off the kitchen will bring you to second level. When you arrive at the top you are greeted with spectacular views of the water and your private beach. This open space offers a bedroom, large sitting area and a bathroom. There is also a small kitchenet if you want a late night snack without heading down to the main kitchen. Another mini split and a second TV are also located on the second floor.   
  
You will love the large deck that overlooks the beautiful private beach! You can sit outside and enjoy a cookout on the gas grill, watching the sunset on the water.   
  
With all NEVR properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Our Guest Welcome Bag, compliments of the homeowner, contains starter quantities of kitchen and bathroom essentials, with a few locally sourced snacks as well (subject to change based marketplace availability).

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per night fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.   
Max parking of cars at property: 4- No parking on lawn anytime.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.

This house was lovely! It had everything we needed on vacation and was very clean. The upstairs suite was spacious and had a superb view! The deck was a nice place to relax near the water. We hope to stay again!

The location was perfect for our stay. We were 3 couples and used the location to explore cape cod. The kichen had everything you could need. They even had some spices to use. Highly recommend this home.

This place is a great place very dated but clean as a whistle. Our family enjoyed it had a great time walking the beach and looking for our treasures of sea glass. Only advice the first step to the house and the the beach step could use a railing for those with a bad knee 🙁 will be going back for sure 😊😊😊

My husband and I along with our dog enjoyed a very relaxing long weekend celebrating a birthday and anniversary. This home was very clean, bright and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to supermarket and restaurants. The deck with private beach was amazing. Definitely recommend.

#### Peaceful and relaxing

I rented this home for my husband, myself and our 2 dogs. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet and enjoyable to walk our dogs around. Friendly neighbors too. There is a nice deck with steps down onto your own spot of private beach that you can take your dogs onto. The house is large and inviting although the upstairs is a bit outdated. The downstairs living area was very clean and comfortable. Overall, a peaceful relaxing time.

A wonderful, peaceful place! We enjoyed the boats passing thru the canal, all the birds and other wildlife. We cooked all our meals at the cottage. Everything you needed for cooking was there! Probably my favorite was sitting on the deck watching the sunset. NEVR communication was top notch and even added a welcoming gift. We are hoping to plan another trip next year! So clean, cozy and comfortable. I would not change a thing!

#### Wonderful Retreat

We had a wonderful stay! It's right on the water - they neighbors were all super nice. Definitely bring water shoes - rocky/ lots of shells. 10/10 stay here again. Some constructive criticism available if welcomed, but wouldn't impact us returning. Thank you!
