Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The rooms were clean, and there was only one television located in the living room. It took approximately an hour to gain access to the house, even though check-in was at 4 PM. This delay occurred because we were using the wrong lockbox and had not been informed about the lockbox located on the side of the stairs.
