I just enjoy staying here overall, but it was surprising to me how it felt like it was built in the 1940s. It had one outlet to the whole entire bedroom. Gaps under the door so that bugs can just come into the bedroom. It was the lowest quality place I’ve ever seen that, but my fiancé felt that it was still a neat place. To stay.

This hotel needs to be closed for a new revamp. The bathroom is broken, dirty, outdated, and smells really bad. The walls are covered with mildew. What a terrible experience. For a minute, I thought I was in a military bunker. I do not recommend this hotel. Please stay away from this property.

Localização maravilhosa, funcionários prestativos e educadíssimos. A pousada é aconchegante, mas falta manutenção, o colchão é fino dava para sentir o estrado. Travesseiros finos utilizava dois e não adiantava tinha que ser dobrado. Cobertas finas e só tinha uma e pequena. Roupa de cama e toalha de banho velhas, surradas e com impressão de suja. Para limpeza do quarto tinha que pedir senão não arrumavam. Café da manhã bem servido, mas percebe que as roscase para vindo da padaria, não eram frescos, somente os alimentos feito no local pela Vanessa. Não há alimentos para quem tem alergia a lactose e glúten. O dono é antipatico e tra mal os funcionários.

Pousada maravilhosa, funcionários super educados, atenciosos, em especial a recepcionista Clarisse e a responsável pelo café da manhã Wanessa, muito atenciosa, educada, sempre com sorriso no rosto. Café da manhã excelente. Vale a pena destacar que esquecemos o carregador e voltamos 2 dias após, para almoçar próximo e resolvemos perguntar pelo carregador, e lá estava guardado. Portanto todos são funcionários de confiança. Com isso voltaremos em breve pela quinta vez consecutiva. 👏👏👏👏

Fomos muito mal-tratados pela atendente no dia da nossa chegada. Chegamos sexta, dia 02/01/2026 as 15:00 hr para check-in. No momento em que nós apresentamos fomos informado atendente que não havia quarto disponível. Posteriormente ela insistiu em nos colocar em 1/4 no andar térreo sendo que a nossa reserva era para quarto superior. Não aceitando menos do que reservamos e pagamos, fomos muito mal tratados, um descaso e uma falta de respeito conosco jamais vivida. Ficamos ao relento, chovendo, não nos foi oferecido nenhum amparo para que pudéssemos ao menos tomar um banho. Em nenhum momento se preocuparam com o nosso bem estar. Estávamos cansados da viagem, com fome e precisando descansar. Foi terrível o que passamos, ao ponto da atendente dizer que não tinha previsão de quando o quarto estaria liberado e se quiséssemos, era pra procurarmos outro hotel.Estava em um passeio de final de semana com minha esposa, com o objetivo de relaxar, porém o que aconteceu foi justamente o contrário além da humilhação que passamos na frente de outros hóspedes.
