A better experience than being in a house, as it has a large outdoor area, 3 balconies, barbecue and inflatable pool, and an incredible view of the Araruama Lagoon, especially at sunset. It also wins safely by the double security of the two access gates and the internal garage with remote control. \> Its location allows the guest to know the main points of the city walking. 6min walking from Rita Pereira Street with Av Getúlio Vargas, which is the gastronomic center of the city. 2min walking from the edge of Praia da Pitória. 8 min walking from the mother church and 13 min walking from Hermogenes Freire da Costa Square, at the entrance of the city. \> It has 3 suites, and also a space of ante room with bed and closet, and can be used as another bedroom. Balcony in the Master Suite, Balcony in the living room, facing the entrance, and a larger Balcony with Barbecue, with ample space, and the possibility of placing our inflatable pool. The room is really very big and the kitchen too, as you can see in the pictures. \> We have games for family fun and can be used without restriction by our visitors. \> For travelers who want to know the Lakes Region - RJ, the city of São Pedro da Aldeia is a starting point for all the surrounding tourist regions, and any destination can be visited in just half a day, for example, as can be seen. In Google Maps prints, our house is a 24-minute drive from Praia do Forte, Cabo Frio's main beach, and a 32-minute drive from Prainha, Arraial do Cabo's first beach. \> The visitor does not have to worry about bedding, cleaning items, kitchenware and barbecue utensils, all made available. We also have 1 (one) coffee maker and 2 (two) irons, stove, refrigerator, 2 (two) TVs with open channels, and minibar in the master suite. The rooms have a suitable place for notebook use. \> All our photos are real and constantly updated \> This ad is NOT a professional ad. We are travelers too, so we think of the best way to receive our visitors to make it a welcoming experience and allow you to get to know the whole region. We have a cleaning lady to do the cleaning before and after your stay, but we imagine that the basic cleaning can be done by the guest himself, such as taking the trash to the trash, washing the dishes, cleaning the barbecue.
