Tinha uma reserva sozinha em quarto compartilhado feminino de 10 a 12/06, que foi boa. Aí resolvi estender de 12 a 14/06, porque uma amiga ia chegar e me fazer Cia. Só que na véspera o filho dela sofreu um acidente de moto em Niterói e eu fui conversar na recepção para cancelar a reserva sem custo. A menina que estava lá, me atendeu muito bem na sexta dia 12/06, disse que era só o Hotéis.com ligar para lá que ela iria autorizar a suspensão com reembolso para eu voltar pra Niterói e ajudar minha amiga. Bem, no sábado dia 13/06 fui até a recepção por volta das 8:45 h e fui muito mal atendida por um rapaz, que disse que não podia cancelar 1 diária (que seria de sábado para domingo), que nunca tinha visto isso, que era para eu esperar chegar a gerente... Etc etc etc. Muita má vontade. Não sabia de nada, ou fingiu não saber, não entendia nada. Expliquei tudo que tinha acontecido na sexta com a outra atendente e ele se fez de desentendido. Má vontade. Ou seja. Saí no sábado 13/06 de lá por volta das 11:45 h e uma diária ficou pro estabelecimento. Um absurdo! ACONSELHO NÃO FAZEREM MUITAS DIÁRIAS DE IMEDIATO PQ ELES NÃO REEMBOLSAM CASO ALGO ACONTEÇA. VÃO FAZENDO DE UMA EM UMA SE RESOLVEREM FICAR MAIS DIAS. 25 REAIS UM CAFÉ DA MANHÃ RAZOÁVEL E INDIVIDUAL. NÃO MONTARAM O CAFÉ PARA A GENTE SE SERVIR, DIZENDO QUE ESTAVA VAZIO A CASA. ESTADIA DECEPCIONANTE.

Quero me sentir no RJ não na Argentina

Duas atendentes argentinas grosseiras, enquanto eu trabalhava na área em comum, desligaram as luzes e colocaram o som no volume máximo… um lugar no Brasil com predominância da cultura da Argentina. Tanto na maior parte só música deles, a língua deles, respeito, admiro mas estou no RJ quero me sentir em Búzios. Além disso os banheiros precisam de mais cuidados. Muito sujos. E não tinha ar no meu quarto…

Férias em Búzios

O quarto era compartilhado com mais três hóspedes, eram duas beliches. O problema é que o quarto que eles escolheram para colocar essas duas beliche era muito pequeno, mal cabias as beliche. Entrar os 4 hóspedes no quarto era impossível. Tinha de entrar um por vez. Ponto negativo: quarto inapropriado para duas beliches. Ponto positivo: Bem localizado e próximo das ruas das pedras.

Muito bom, ótima localização e boa qualidade. Pensei que o café da manhã era incluso mas tem que pagar 17$ toda manhã, achei melhor ir no mercado (tem um bem pertinho) e comprar pães e ovos, carnes e um arroz, saiu bem mais barato.

Disparado o pior hostel que já fiquei. Nao tem tomada perto da cama e as camas são todas abertas não tendo nenhuma cortina ou algo que possa dar mais privacidade e diminuir a claridade. No andar que eu estava vários quartos eram atendidos apenas por um banheiro. O ar condicionado em alguns dias só era ligado depois de muita insistência. Banheiro estava sempre alagado e sujo.

RACISMO E XENOFOBIA!

Moro em Cabo frio e fui ao hostel para conhecer pessoas e socializar no feriado, a experiência foi muito boa. Porém ao renovar minha diária, a experiência começou a ficar desconfortável. Um determinado funcionário do hostel demonstrou MTA antipatia ao me atender, ele me olhava com cara de nojo mesmo eu sendo uma pessoa extremamente limpa! No último dia, não renovei minha diária pois eu ia viajar pra outro lugar e conversei com a moça da recepção que ia deixar minhas coisas no quarto de umas meninas e dps pegaria pra ir embora. Ao usar o quarto, uma outra cliente do hostel, "me denunciou" por "algazarra" e disse que ali não era meu lugar e das minhas amigas. Fiquei tentando entender oq tava acontecendo e o funcionário ao invés de me ouvir, preferiu chamar a polícia e disse que eu estava invadindo a propriedade. Fui "convidada" a ir pra delegacia mas me recusei pois não havia nenhum crime cometido por mim. Fiquei nervosa e pedi uma garrafa de água e ele se recusou a me vender. Disse que ali não era meu lugar e ele não me queria. Falei que eu pagaria a diária só pra não gerar transtorno, porem ele disse que ele escolhia quem pisava ali ou não. Que ele não me queria lá pq não era lugar para pessoas como eu. Depois entendi do que se tratava, eu e minhas amigas éramos as únicas mulheres pretas do quarto. Fiquei com os polícias cerca de 3horas, até que eles foram embora e eu me retirei completamente humilhada. Um absurdo propagar o ódio e racismo!!

Muito bom!

localizao muito boa, a poucos metros do ponto rodoviario da 1001, e a apenas alguns minutos da rua das pedras. Unico ponto negativo ao meu ver, é a questao das tomadas nos quartos, onde fiquei havia apenas uma regua proximo a porta para ser compartilhado com todos no quarto.
