You can walk to Geribá Beach - the most beautiful beach in Búzios.
You can also walk to restaurants, snack bars, supermarkets, gas stations, stationery stores, pet shops and small shops.
An excellent street. It's not a slope.
The condominium has 7 houses. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
A bedroom with double bed, closet and ceiling fan.
Another bedroom with a bunk bed plus a single bed, closet and ceiling fan.
American kitchen and laundry area.
The house's windows all face the garden. Even the service area. (The garden is not walled)
It has a nice little balcony with a hammock to relax on.
The rooms only get morning sun and are inaccessible.
The house is well ventilated and sunny.
Check-in time could be before 3 pm if there were no guests leaving that day.

A Hidden Treasure
Great location three blocks from Geribá Beach, supermarkets, pharmacies and a few restaurants. Easy parking. Sparkling clean, safe and cute. Bedrooms are upstairs with limited access by wooden stairs. Mosquito repellent is a must. Manager, property manager and cleaning ladies are helpful and professional. I highly recommend this place.

Passamos uma excelente semana!!! Desde o começo, a Sra. Alda e Sra. Laura muito atenciosa. Tudo estava de acordo com a descrição da casa, tudo muito limpo e organizado o Wi-Fi funcionou muito bem. Condomínio tranquilo e agradável, bem pertinho da praia. Foi uma ótima escolha!!!

A casa é localizada em um local super tranquilo e bem pertinho da praia. O imóvel corresponde às fotos e, o mais legal, tem tudo o que é preciso para quem quer o conforto de uma pousada, mas sentindo-se na sua própria casa.
Sra.Alda é uma ótima anfitriã. Muito atenciosa e generosa com seus hóspedes. Aliás, todos muito solícitos e simpáticos, desde a dona do imóvel até o caseiro e faxineira.

O imóvel é exatamente como descrito, muito limpo e aconchegante.
Possui todos os utensílios necessários e fica muito bem localizado.
Tanto o atendimento da D. Alda quanto do caseiro Wanderson foram excelentes, muito atenciosos.

Excelente experiência!
A casa da Alda é linda! Acomodou confortavelmente 5 pessoas apesar de ser pequenina. Muito ventilada, limpa,organizada e aconchegante. Encontrei utensílios para cozinhar e pude ter o conforto de cozinhar minha própria comida. A casa está dentro de um condomínio lindo, repleto de natureza e com outras 6 casas, mas não tirou nossa privacidade. O condomínio estava muito bem cuidado, limpo e silencioso, foram dias maravilhosos de descanso e praia.A casa fica bem pertinho da praia de Geribá, 3 a 4 minutinhos de caminhada. Também está perto da linda praia de ferradurinha, que você pode ir caminhando pela praia de Geriba até lá. Outras praias como João Fernandes, Azeda e Azedinha também estão de fácil acesso, 15 minutinhos de carro.
A Alda foi bem solicita e gentil,flexibilizou nosso check in e check out o que foi maravilhoso, ela também respondeu rapidamente nossas mensagens. O condomínio também fica perto dos comércios, supermercado, restaurantes e farmácias, excelente localização. Foi minha primeira experiência no site, a princípio fiquei com receio por não conhecer, mas estou muito satisfeita. Voltaremos em breve. Gratidão Alda 🌻
