I particularly like the wardrobe is inside the bathroom area. View is very nice can see a part of the port. Gym has limited equipments such as the cable machine and dumbbells up to 25kg. Lots of treadmills to do cardio. Staff is very nice. Breakfast menu is okay. There is a variety of food but it becomes dull eating the same things every morning. Lack of resources at the reception past 2 times, long waiting (atleast 10 minutes), only 1 person at the counter managing quite a few guest to check in, managers are no where to be seen. Technical issues with their elevators e.g. false fire alarms, malfunctioning are very common. They have funny system of QR code for free parking, however most of the time QR code doesn’t work and I’m charged 21RM for over night parking. Limited food choices.
