"Property has great staff and is comfortable, but is showing signs of over usage, with stained hall carpets, pool water not looking as clean as it could be. Breakfast is adequate and what you would expect for this level of hotel."

"Breakfast is difficult on weekends in August when facility is booked and navigation and seating can be very challenging especially with lots of young children. Parents usually quite sensitive to control their children. But overall large numbers of people regardless of hour, after 7:30 am makes walking, seating and supplying for staff difficult. Later on one day staff couldn’t get in easily to supplement food. The next day when eggs ran out around 9:15 am a staff member promised more would be brought but never was done during the entirety of our breakfast stay. Those comprise our only complaints surrounding our stay, which overall was excellent! Thank you. We will come back when in area."

"It was very disappointing to find out we did not have a breakfast included . The “Bistro” was expensive and not worth the price. Our room had a very old couch which was difficult to get out of. Around the edge of the shower wall, there appeared to be black spots which could be black mold. Hope they look into getting rid of it. Adding a grab bar could be helpful too."

"We stayed two nights in this hotel attending an event. The room was clean and very spacious but we did not like it overlooking the indoor pool as we had to keep our curtains closed all the time and turn on the lights during the day. I don’t understand why we were given this particular room when most of the hotel was empty during our stay. Also, on arriving the front desk insisted that they did not have our reservation. I booked this hotel a week before the trip and had all the paperwork with the booking confirmation. It took long to get checked it after they finally found the reservation. This should not happen and this is something Expedia should be looking into especially because we encountered the same issue in the other hotel during the same trip."
