This is the second or third time I’ve stayed up this hotel. Every time has been a first class experience. Staff is friendly. It’s always clean. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. I stay there as part of an annual trip and probably will stay there again.

Huge rooms! Clean and quiet

Nice big rooms! Kuerig coffee machine in the room, sink and microwave. I have never seen "skill games" or casino like games in a hotel. An added level of entertainment. Was also a pool and a workout area.

Sadly we had no hot water for the first 12 hours we were there. Offered several different excuses as to why and for me neither were believable. Other guests were offered 30 % discounts and we were advised since we used Expedia to book there was nothing they could do. Ice machines only worked on one floor our entire time there. Breakfast buffet was OK and did give us a good start to the day. Nothing extravagant but we only took advantage on one day. Staff extremely friendly and helpful to the best of their abilities. We understand things happen outside of ones control and this was just a stay that saw that.

A Good Choice in Butler

This hotel was better than two others that we have stayed in locally. Our room was very spacious, plenty of room for luggage and other items. Mattresses were fairly comfortable, better than average. Well designed with large walk-in shower as well as a separate bar sink area. Seemed quite clean, as evidenced by the fact that my white socks still looked white after walking on the floor. Only thing that I didn't like was how difficult it was to get soap and lotion out of the wall pumps - openings are very small. But they do keep the counters cleaner than gooey soap bars. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The front desk workers was super friendly and helpful. However, we had to change rooms at 10:30pm. The shower in our first room did not work at all (the water would not come out) and there was a black dirty substance on the ceiling above the beds. Our second room was much better. The breakfast in the morning was less than enjoyable. The pancake machine was down, some of the milk tasted outdated, there weren’t many options to make up for the missing pancakes.

This hotel was located by food and shopping and was quiet. The lobby was updated but had Pennsylvania gambling machines front in center that my 4 year ild grandchild wanted to play everytime she passed on the way to room pool breakfast etc. The rest of the hotel was badly dated compared to other holiday inn express. The drain in tge tub was missing and it was definetly in need of repair or updating. The ceiling had black around the edges from previous leaks and small holes in the walls with dated bedding and curtains. The tv did not have many options compared to others and the breakfast with pancake machine out and unripe fruit was not up to par with other in this chain. For the first time we regretted staying with this hotel chain.
