The apartment (52 square metres) features a spacious living area with tile-look laminate flooring, an open kitchen, and a dining area.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an oven with a microwave, a coffee maker, a Senseo coffee pad machine, a kettle, a toaster, and plenty of dishes and silverware.

A sleeper sofa (160 x 200) in the living area can accommodate up to 2 people.
