The apartment features a comfortable bedroom furnished with a cosy double bed, promising restful nights. The open-concept living room, complete with a stylish sofa area, invites you to linger and unwind. Here, after an eventful day exploring the area, you can sing, play games, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet together. Entertainment is provided by two TVs, allowing you to watch your favourite shows, while the high-speed Wi-Fi connection gives you access to all online content.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped, so you can prepare delicious meals. You’ll find everything you need: a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and plenty of kitchen utensils. The adjacent dining area with a dining table provides the ideal setting for convivial meals.

Another highlight of the apartment is the stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower that combines comfort and accessibility. Shared washing machines and dryers are also available for your use.

Enjoy relaxing moments on the beautiful terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture and is ideal for soaking up the fresh sea air or simply unwinding. The outdoor hot tub is available from April through mid-October. The apartment also includes a private parking space—a real plus, especially during the holiday season.

“Inselzeit Apartment 2” is allergy-friendly and a smoke-free property. The underfloor heating ensures a comfortable indoor climate even during the cooler months.

The apartment’s location is perfect—just 700 metres from the beach and 650 metres from one of the delightful restaurants the region has to offer. Here you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy fresh fish and regional specialities. For excursions and adventures, numerous recreational activities await you in the surrounding area, including water sports, cycling, and relaxing walks on the beach. The train station is also just 2,000 metres away, making your arrival hassle-free.

Included in the price is daily use (2.5 hours) of the Büsum Meerzeit! (Sauna use not included.)

The property has been extensively modernised and renovated. A new roof, new windows, doors, flooring, etc. All apartments have been furnished with new furniture.
The outdoor area has been redesigned.
Six exclusive apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms have been created. All apartments feature high-quality designer flooring. Each has new bathrooms, completely new furnishings, and new kitchens equipped with dishwashers, glass-ceramic cooktops, ovens, or microwaves with oven functions, etc., or small kitchenettes with refrigerators, cooking facilities, microwaves, and sinks.

A washing machine, dryer, and bicycle storage are available for guests in the large garage.
All apartments are non-smoking.
