Whether it’s a quick breakfast or a festive dinner—you’ll be able to prepare culinary delights here. The adjacent dining area is perfect for social meals, while the living room, with its comfortable sofa corner, armchairs, and a large TV, invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings.

The apartment features two cosy bedrooms. The underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth on cool days. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink, offering you all the comfort you need. Shared washing machines and dryers are also available.

The outdoor area has been redesigned.
Six exclusive apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms have been created. All apartments feature high-quality designer flooring. Each has new bathrooms, completely new furnishings, and new kitchens equipped with dishwashers, glass-ceramic cooktops, ovens, or microwaves with oven functions, etc., or small kitchenettes with refrigerators, cooking facilities, microwaves, and sinks.

A washing machine, dryer, and bicycle storage are available for guests in the large garage.
