### Apartment 'Muschelbank No 4' with Sea View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

The comfortable 50 m² apartment is located in Büsum, Schleswig-Holstein, and accommodates up to two guests with one bedroom. You have a living room with a sofa bed, dining area, cable TV and music system, as well as a separate, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer and an elevator up to the fourth floor are available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and hairdryer. The living area features allergy-friendly laminate flooring.  
  
  
  
The large complex rises impressively above the green North Sea dike, which is only about 300 meters away. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your balcony with sea view and awning over the nearby sandy beach, the newly designed lagoon and the North Sea. Next to the “Muschelbank” are Büsum’s colorful allotment gardens. Stress-free parking is available free of charge on the spacious property.  
  
  
  
You can reach the apartment on the upper floor comfortably by elevator. Bed linen and towels are available on request and can be provided for two people per stay for an additional fee.
