Security is visibly taken seriously. There are controlled entry points, screening on arrival, and a reassuring presence of trained staff, which is important in this environment and aligns with what you would expect from an international brand. Service was professional and efficient. Staff were approachable, responsive, and handled requests without unnecessary delay. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and well managed. The facilities, including the restaurant and rooftop pool area, are well kept and provide a good environment to unwind after a working day. Food quality was good, with a decent variety catering to both local and international preferences. If there’s an area for improvement, it would be minor refinements in service speed during peak times, but nothing that significantly impacts the overall experience."
