The most amazing thing is the seaview. But the most disappointing is the hotel conditions.. We stayed one week and we had to change room on the first night because of bad smell.. The parking lot is off site and always had to deal with rude people... Even I had registered the car on the check in date, they asked to confirm the the car information every day.. The location is the best part of hotel, and even with small issues we don't change this hotel for other hotel.. Restaurants are closed, subway are nearby, the most good restaurants also is very close by.

Good option near the beach
Although the location was a little confusing as the address does not specify the floor, the checking was easy. The place was neat, comfortable and quiet. Although small and basic, it has a great location.

The view was beautiful! We had a Premium Room with a beach view. In my opinion, the view was the best part. Other than that, the room was grungy and much smaller than anticipated. No microwave or dresser for clothes. The bathroom ceiling was falling apart and there was some mold along the bathroom windows. The front desk staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English! The hotel was in a great location for Haeundae activities, and close to a train station for easy transit to main Busan. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, just okay.

The location and view was amazing. Just across the street from Haeundae beach. It's perfect for solo and couples. I didn't give highest rating because there were some booking issue between the room I booked and one I was given. It seems to be an issue with the booking website. I was given a room that I originally chose the second night.

Cute hotel
The hotel is in a building which also has other hotels inside. That was kind of weird for me since I had never experienced anything like that before. They are just on different floors. This one in particular that I stayed at was lovely. Simple, yet still chic at the same time. The room was small but it was cozy. Not bad for the price either!

Highly recommended, beautiful view, great room
This was a fantastic hotel. It was an easy walk from the metro, MUCH closer to the beach than I’d thought, in the upper floors of a building, with fantastic views (for a room marked Ocen View, of course). The room was comfortable, clean, floor-to-ceiling window with blackout curtains, and am amazing view of the beach. I didn’t try the tv, but it had a very large one. Shower worked great. Right in the Haeundae area, there’s easy access to everything. (This area IS ~1 hour by Metro from Busan Starion, however.) Overall, I was thrilled with the room; I would definitely recommend it and absolutely would stay here again if I was back in the area.

This hotel is very convenient to locate as it is on the main road, just few blocks away from Subway and few steps away from bus stand. The view is really good as the rooms face the Haeundae beach, which is one of the most happening beaches in Busan.

Needs improvement
We arrived around 1pm (check in is not until 3pm) and we had to wait. It's not like back in states where they will check you in if your room is ready. We were then checked in around 2:20pm. Apparently it was an upgrade from what we originally booked (we didn't notice). The room was a disappointment. It's Korean motel/studio layout. Our initial review on first night to hotel was how room was disappointing and it wasn't family friendly. And it smelled bad in the bathroom, like sewage. They responded right away with following "Sir. We're not a five-star hotel. We're a business hotel. And you have reserved a standard two-person stand-by room, but three people came and we've given you a free deluxe upgrade. And you refused to give me a bed." ?? We were confused what this meant. We tried to take a shower and hot water wasn't working so we called front desk and he came up to fix. Then we asked for more towels and amenities (there was only one set). After he brought those, he called us and said we had to pay extra for our 7 yo son. So we did (30000KW). Then remote control wasn't working unless you stood right front of the TV but by this time we decided to just drop it. It wasn't worth making another call. We didn't try their breakfast but when we checked out, we took a brief glimpse at it. It was cold continental breakfast (bread, cereal, juice, etc). Location is good. The view is good. Don't stay if you have a family. Like they said, "it's a business hotel".

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience to you. You have booked a standard two-bedroom, but three people, including a seven-year-old, came in to offer a free room upgrade and only got an extra two-night fee for one. We don't have an extra bed in our hotel, but we have a bed set, so you refused. I'm sorry for the inconvenience again.

Location location location
Location is amazing beachfront views are wonderful tons of amazing restaurants and bars right out the door step as well as markets. The deluxe room is clean, and a good size, with decent bath products, but we could never figure out how to get cleaning service even though we left the room everyday as the slip asked. we didn’t really need it, plus we got fresh towels and bath products when we needed them our last day. Breakfast is not worth it as it is just juice and toasted white bread. However the lobby has free coffee all day which is awesome. One elevator for 15 floors can make going up and down slow but that’s first world problem stuff. Staff was always trying to help as best as they could even with the language barrier. Overall for the cost view and location room was worth it for our needs, but we aren’t people that are super needy or require luxury at 120 usd a night.

Small room, on Haeundae Beach
We decided to stay in Haeundae Beach another three days and MS Hotel we had been staying in we booked. Nouri Hotel in same building on upper floors. Wanted to check in at noon, but told room not ready until 3pm, but they did hold our luggage at the front desk. Very little English spoke. Double bed room, just barely had room to move around although did have ocean view. We went down for coffee and toast just before 9am, poured our coffee and turned around to get toast and front desk person hurried to take away everything that was on the breakfast bar because it was now three minutes after 9 when it was obvious were we going to have something to eat. She walked away with a smug look that was very disappointing. Not that there was much to eat on their breakfast bar. We needed up cancelling our last day at Nuri Hotel only receiving $13 refund. Would not stay here again and recommend you try someplace else.

Perfect location overlooking the beach and ocean.
I really enjoyed this. My standard room had a direct view of the beach and ocean. Directly across from beach, clean, simple, great aircon, small but comfortable room. I would definitely stay there again. Cons-says there's a shuttle on website but there isn't. Just get the airport limo bus to /from airport and you'll be fine. Breakfast included is really just coffee, juice and literally a piece of toast. There is no dresser or place to put clothes but that may be a South Korean thing. Easily overlooked as the price and location was great.

Very good location, but bad room condition
We spent around 100 USD/night for delux room at Nuri, but the room condition was very bad, eapecially for the bathroom, there was a foul smell from the drain pipe, and with poor drainage. In addition, the double bed was not as comfortable as we expected either, very hard. And the last horrible thing is, because the room is facing west, with poor air conditioner, it's very hot when you stay in the room in afternoon, even in winter.

Best Location for Everything and pleasant surprise
First visit to Haeundae. Chose this hotel for its location and competitive price. The room exceeded my expectations. Clean, modern and with a great view of the beach. Large convenient TV. The floor cover was warm and comfortable as was the double bed. The bathroom was larger than average and very functional. Free WiFi and lots of power outlets. Great hotel. Will stay there again.

소음에 심각하게 취약한 호텔
13층에 있음에도 불구하고 소음에 매우 취약한 호텔입니다. 길가에 차량 다니는 소리, 아침부터 들리는 해수욕장에서 비명지르는 소리... 게다가 윗층에서 공사를 하는지 아침 8시 30분부터 들리는 못질 소리 때문에 잠을 제대로 못잤습니다. 추천하지 않습니다.
