In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed.  
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Please store used in bath on departure.

\- Quiet times 10PM - 7AM to kindly respect neighbours who in turn will do the same.  
\- Absolutely no Parties allowed of any kind failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave without compensation.  
\- No additional guests are allowed unless pre arranged and names forwarded in advance, no guests are allowed to stay overnight for any reason.  
\- Smoking is not allowed.  
\- There is free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.  
\- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.  
\- Pets are not allowed at the property.  
\- All rubbish must be removed prior to your departure and disposed of in the provided outside bins to avoid you not to incur additional cleaning fees.  
\- All dirty dishes / utensils must be washed and put away prior to you departure to avoid you not to incur additional cleaning fees.  
\- Kindly note that proof of ID is required to check in.
