Overall, this is currently my go-to hotel in Bursa. It’s nice, clean, the staff are good, etc. A very solid well-priced hotel. The only issue we had was that the bathroom ventilator would cause a disgusting smell when turned on, which is counterintuitive. We just stopped turning it on and everything was perfect. A suggestion would also be to consider improving the breakfast.

We stayed in a family quadruple room with a queen bed and two twin sofa beds. In spite of being sofa beds, they were very comfy. Other than stench coming from the bathroom sink, overall room was very comfortable and bathroom was large enough. Good pressure in the shower and continuous hot water. AC in our room appeared newer and was strong. Location is good but parking is an issue as limited free parking is available opposite the hotel, but plenty of offsite street side parking available for $2 per day. Couple of restaurants, one in the same building as the hotel and one just a short walk away across the street. Ali was very helpful guiding us around.

I recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, and the whole hotel was well-maintained. The staff at the breakfast area were extremely kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. We had a car, the location made it easy to get around. Everything was nearby and easy to visit. The hotel is also very well connected, with several bus stops close by. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel and friendly staff . I would have given 5 but there was an issue with one of the windows and it could not close so room was warm despite AC . Overall good experience and location is really good . Hotel is updated and breakfast is ok - limited - Parking is limited . I was able to park my car in front of hotel . Wi-Fi is strong and helpful .

Hotel location is in a very busy area not as expected. Breakfast was poor. No parking available had to pay for it. Room was very good and clean but not good insulation you can hear noise from inside and outside.

It's located about 6 km from city center. There was problem with parking, not enough space and all around property was only payable parking trough the day. Breakfast was not good, faraway from real Turkish breakfast. Room was great, as well as AC and bathroom, very spacefull.

The hallway had no air conditioner. If I did t know better, I’d say they had the heat on. It was unnaturally hot. Also, in the room, one of the air conditioners was good. The second one took forever to cool even a little.

We won't recommend anyone staying here with so much noise. We traveled to Bursa first time and booked with expedia in hopes to get a good deal. Disappointing to say the least Very less light in rooms and unclean towels. Sad to see really poorly offered breakfast. We ate the breakfast once and both of us got sick. Young staff associate Irfan was nice though. Please help us get our purchase costs back.

Beş kişilik bir aile olarak gece oldukça geç saatte giriş yaptık. Buna rağmen giriş işlemleri tamamen sorunsuz ilerledi. Odamız çok temizdi ve özellikle kahvaltı bölümündeki personel son derece güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltı da güzel ve gayet yeterliydi. Otel oldukça renkli ve sanatsal bir şekilde dekore edilmiş; bu da ona kendine özgü bir hava katıyor. Burada tekrar memnuniyetle konaklarız.
