DINING AREAS: The dining area is well equipped with a dining table that can seat up 4 people, perfect for an evening meal. The house also benefits from a breakfast bar with space for 2 more people to dine. KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES: The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Lancashire. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher & washer dryer. BATHROOMS/TOILETS: There is one large bathroom in the property. Equipped with a bath and overhead shower, shower gel and shampoo. Towels for each person are provided. PARKING: The property benefits from FREE Parking right outside and on neighbouring roads.
