"The check in process was different as in we had to call to check in. There is no front desk like most hotels. Now that I know that I would stay there again. Room was clean. A peaceful and friendly environment and very close access to the Blue Ridge Parkway."

"This hotel was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. The doors wouldn’t close properly, and there was a disgusting moldy smell. They moved us to another room, but that room didn’t even have towels. It was a terrible experience, and I definitely do not recommend this hotel."
