"Great and very appealing place to stay. Excellent breakfast offerings. Wonderful soaps, lotion, and shampoo to accompany stay and nice selection of coffee and teas around the clock. Anything that was less than excellent was directly a result of ill mannered guests which can be found anywhere these days."

"Wonderful experience! Everything was so easy, and the cabin is absolutely charming. It’s perfect for somebody that just wants to really reconnect with themselves, enjoy family and experience some breathtaking views. The whole area of fancy gap, meadows of Dan and the small towns surrounding the area make it such a wonderful trip for those who like to explore., love art and music. We had an absolute ball. Darlene and Peter were perfect hosts."

"Such a calming environment with beautiful views of the mountains. Could sit in the living room or on the deck and watch the birds and hear them singing in the trees.The picture shown on the advertisements were just like the appearance of the location itself. Miriam was an excellent host no matter what question I had or concern. All I had to do was just text her and she answered within just an hour or two.If I had any concern at all, it would have to do with the air quality. It was obvious that the vent needed changing, there was dust on the blinds, there were an issue with some bugs. But the biggest thing that concern me having respiratory problems was the fact that the linens and everything on the beds were fine. But when you went to use the towels, it reminded me of some that had been washed, but not taken out of the washing machine and left a kind of sour and then put in a dryer without washing them a second time and it created just a little bit of a problem for me with having COPD. I think there needs to maybe be a deep cleaning to handle just a few of those issues so it would seem a little bit fresher, and then some of the lightbulbs were a little brighter. It was very subdued, which made it a very romantic and calming environment but then when you needed the light, you couldn’t really See. Would I go back again? I think yes absolutely I would. I love the mountains the cool layer I’m watching nature itself. Thank you for allowing me to be there."
