It is conveniently located on Hwy 255 near South Toledo State Park, Sam Forse Collins Recreation Area, Sabine ATV Park, and South Toledo Boat Launch. Very nice little house to stay a few nights for fishing tournament. Easy check in. Very clean. Even left some things behind and was immediately notified. We were able to retrieve those items later in the day.

This cabin was perfect for 2 men on a birthday fishing trip. It was spotless and has everything needed. The location is perfect. Even the neighbors were amazing! I’m looking forward to booking my next trip and staying in this cabin.

Megan has been one of the best managers of a property I have ever had to deal with. The facility was exactly what the listing said it was gonna be. When there was no WiFi, she promptly got on it and had it fixed. If we ever need to go back, we will definitely be renting from them again!!!
