Hosts were friendly and good communication from booking onwards. A good location for exploring North Holland. 10 Min drive to beach and 15 min to Alkmaar. The house is next to the main road, but with good sound proofing windows it did not disturb sleep. Parking was easy with spaces outside on the street. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse mit dem tollen Ausblick auf die traumhafte Landschaft und den Sonnenuntergang ist wirklich ein echtes Highlight. Obwohl das Haus an einer Hauptstraße liegt, war es überhaupt nicht störend, da es im Haus sehr ruhig war. In ein paar Minuten ist man mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad am Strand und an den Dünen. Trotz des starken Verkehrs war in der Wohnung wenig Lärm zu hören, nachts konnte man gut schlafen, es war ruhig.Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Schwierig für Menschen, die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind, ist allerdings die sehr steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss. Auf dem Bild ist zu erkennen, dass sie steil ist. Was man nicht so sieht, ist, dass die Stufen schmal sind. Das kann u. U. zum Problem werden.Prima wäre im großen Bad (mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten) wenn es zu der tollen Regendusche auch eine Handbrause gäbe.Ansonsten war alles in bester Ordnung. ##### Gabi W. Das Inserat hat nicht zuviel versprochen. Eine sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben während unserem Aufenthalt nichts vermisst. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Hund dort. Die Räumlichkeiten im Erdgeschoss und die Schlafzimmer in der ersten Etage sind sehr gepflegt. Auch die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt für 6 Personen ausgelegt, es ist auch bei 6 Personen ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Burgervlotbrug sehr genossen und werden gerne wiederkommen. Im großen und ganzen eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Wir hätten uns für die Angebotene Luxusferienwohnung aber mehr Geschirr, etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Zimmern und vor allem Fliegengitter an den Fenstern gewünscht. ##### Oliver K. Straße stark befahren aber im Haus absolut nicht störend, auf der Dachterasse ruhig mit toller Aussicht über Weiden auf den Deich, schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Nach Amsterdam P+R 40 Minunten mit dem Auto passt super. Gerne einmal wieder. Vermieter total freundlich und hilfsbereit. ##### Ralf S. Die Umgebung war schön und in ruhiger Lage! Den Strand kann man in 10min mit dem Fahrrad erreichen! ##### Tobias G. Parken direkt vor der Tür möglich. Direkt an der Hauptstraße, d.h. bei den Zimmern nach vorne raus kann es morgens schon etwas laut werden. Nach hinten raus riesige ruhige Dachterrasse mit Grill und wunderbarem Blick über die Felder und tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Leider auch mit vielen Spinnen, ist halt so am Land. Die Treppe ins OG ist tatsächlich so, wie sie auf den Fotos aussieht: Sehr, sehr steil mit schmalen Stufen. Bei Schuhgröße 42 und Kreuzbandriss durchaus eine kleine Herausforderung. Nächster größerer Ort Alkmaar ca.20 min, Amsterdam ca. 1 Std. mit Auto entfernt. Zum Meer max. 20 min mit Auto. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt! Allgemeiner Hinweis für Autofahrer: Für Amsterdam P+R nutzen, dann ist es einigermaßen bezahlbar. Ansonsten überall, nicht nur in Amsterdam, horrende Parkgebühren, für einen Tag ist man da schnell über 20€ los.... ##### Tanja W. Wir hatten noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich. Die Dachterrasse haben wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht benutzt. Die Terrasse teilt man sich allerdings mit den Nachbarn (mit Zaun geteilt). Die Treppe in das Obergeschoss war sehr steil, wer hier nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß ist, braucht evtl. Hilfe. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, war die Lage direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Durch eine Baustelle auf dieser Straße, war es täglich ein großes Verkehrschaos. Im Wohnzimmer hat man allerdings nichts von der Straße gehört! Abschließend gesagt war es eine schöne Unterkunft für uns und unsere Hunde. Wir würden die Unterkunft noch mal buchen. ##### Alisia A.
