We arrived about 9pm. There is a lot of road works outside at the moment but we managed to reach the hotel. George who greeted us was very friendly and helped us with our luggage as there was no lift. My stay was prepaid, what surprised the lady receptionist. In most cases, all costs are paid in this guest house during check-in. My case was different, so at the beginning was a small confusion. My room was clean, nicely furnished with pleasant colors, however, there is something wrong with the bathroom, so there is a horrible smell, which is smelled in the whole room. I couldn't do anything with that, even opening a window for a few hours didn't help. Nice, clean, very helpful staff, the breakfast is very good. Only once small problem - the hotel doesn't have a parking lots for guests, so it's not comfortable for people coming by car.. Guest House Fotinov is just 5 minutes from the beach and in a fantastic area. We had a lovely balcony, air con which was indispensable as Burgas is so hot in the summer months, and the beds were comfortable.
