We hadn't been for a few years & I had forgotten what a lovely hotel this is, definitely a great choice for a special, luxurious stay & all the staff provide excellent service. "

"We loved the location - mega convenient for seeing everything in Oxford city centre, and so many brilliant food options. We started off on the top floor, but on a hot day in May it reached 25.5C and didn't cool back down which made it really hard to sleep. The 24/7 concierge service is great though, and moved us to the ground floor the next day which suited us much better.
