When booking the room online it showed a kettle in the room but none provided, only one available was the one in the communal kitchen; found it odd when you had a fridge, microwave and toaster in the room we had; and no mugs, etc in the room. Cleaning wasn't at its best as you could clearly see loads of fluff and dust under the cupboard unit. Tired looking is what Id describe it as

I needed this place to stay overnight for work purposes. For that - and the price - it was perfectly fine. Room was clean, had tea / coffee making facilities - and the place was close to Blaby town centre. Place is undergoing restoration though - so parts of it are untidy; it doesn't look like the photo on the website. No breakfast. Receptionist Glen though was very helpful. Good communication. I would recommend this place for work purposes - it's functional - but would not recommend it for holiday purposes.

"The location is great 7 min walk from main area in town. Staff were outstanding really went out there way several times to accommodate my needs. Libby in reception is a credit to you company and really was there for anything I asked for or needed assistance with. Haven’t got any issues about staying ..."
