"Enjoyed our stay"

"We stayed in a classic room which was nicely decorated, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The onsite restaurant, The Sprigg, was across the parking lot and we checked in and out there with the staff since there was no staff member at the Manse. We were impressed that the staff seemed to all be able to help guests both at The Sprigg and the Manse. It made the experience seem very personal and inviting. The Health Suite was impressive, but we did not use the facilities due to our schedule. I would definitely plan for this next time. We stayed 2 nights and thus had 2 breakfasts at The Sprigg included with our stay which were absolute culinary delights! "

"Great spot to stop if on the full west coast tour. Very friendly and welcoming - owner couple go out of there way with hospitality, including run you to local store for things if you need shopping. Good good and local brewery beers - will be going again next time back"

"Our room was large and very clean. It was a corner room so we had a good breeze to keep the room comfortably cool. One window had a view of the loch and one window had a view of the mountains. "

"To be honest, I made a mistake in booking here. BUT what an AWESOME mistake! I meant to book in the city of Inverness. At first, I was disappointed in myself. But then I got there. The beauty is intense. And wait there’s more. About 200 feet from the Inn is what turns out to one of the most beautiful hikes I have ever done in my life. The beauty is so intense it kinda brings tears to your eyes. The Inn is sooo charming. And their food is insanely delicious! I had salmon one night, and I think it was the most delicious salmon I’ve ever eaten. Their breakfast buffet is awesome with tons of choices. I stayed 3 nights and hiked my face off each day. I was not in a car and it was really easy to get a bus from Inverness bus station (next door to the train station). I highly recommend if you love hiking and then down time in a charming Inn with delicious food. I can’t say enough good things."

"This is a very nice place, but we didn’t realize we were not in the main house. We were in a guest house in the back and it had very narrow stairs. The bathroom was not luxurious at all. No mirror and it took us a while to figure out how to get the shower warm. "

"Beautiful hotel in the Isle of Skye! It was unseasonably warm and we didn’t know you could open the window. There were no latches that we could see? Thankfully they brought a fan. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay! "
