The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff are helpful and pleasant, hotel room was clean, and pool was beautiful. Didn’t get to try the breakfast but location of hotel was great, I would stay here again!!
We had a wonderful stay. The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The spa facilities were fantastic, and we especially loved the Finnish sauna, Turkish hammam, and the pool area. The breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view, making each morning very enjoyable.
The hotel is conveniently located in the old part of the city. It takes only about 5 minutes by car to reach Labi Hovuz, from where you can easily explore the main sightseeing attractions on foot. As an added bonus, we were allowed to check in a little earlier than the agreed time, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended.
The staff make this hotel the best in the city. They were all so good and helpful. Would recommend to anyone visiting Buhkara. The restaurant was amazing! We had the best time here
The hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient for the Bukhara’s historical area. The staff were very efficient and helpful and the food in the restaurant was good quality.
Mercure Bukhara Old Town is an excellent hotel very close to Bukhara’s magical old town…staff were great and facilities equally so! Room was comfortable and restaurant was great! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Bukhara!
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Quiet, clean, and hospitable staff. Quick laundry service, great spa and pool, but very pricey restaurant. It's a decent walk to the old city, but we appreciated the lack of tourist traffic in the area.
Very nice hotel and top service. We were in honeymoon and they decorated the room for us and sent us cake.
The Spa and Turkish bath are very beautiful there too.
Highly recommended!
We had an excellent experience at the Mercure. The hotel is brand new and beautiful - it combines modern amenities with classic Uzbek art and architecture. The food was delicious, and the hotel was walking distance from all of the main sites in Bukhara. The spa was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back next time we are in Bukhara!
The city is a beautiful city and the hotel is a good hotel is very clean. They have a very good Frankfurst. However, there is a little far from the main tourist area you have to walk probably about 15 minutes and the roads are very narrow so it’s a problem with the cars to be walking to the tourist area That’s the only thing that it was inconvenient. Otherwise it’s a good hotel the rooms are slightly small.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
We were disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool and spa area. The pool was also shut down during our stay and we were unable to use it. One of the main reasons we booked the hotel was to use the pool and spa, so this tainted our experience.
The restaurant, Saffron, is amazing, both in terms of food and staff. Some of our best eats in Bukhara were here and would highly recommend.
