Buen hotel. De los pocos de cadena de la ciudad. El costo alto.. val la pena ya que es cómodo. Todo el personal muy amable. Está a kilómetro y medio del centro de la ciudad. Caminando unos 15 minutos o hay unas motos que te llevan. El desayuno rico pero poca variedad. Muy atentos todos. Nos dieron check out late

客室内、公共スペース、プールに至るまで清潔だった。 施設全体、どこをとっても絵になるので、沢山写真を撮りました。 ドライヤーの風量が弱かったのは残念ですが、シャワーの水圧は今回のウズベキスタン旅行で滞在したホテルの中で1番強かったので、とても良かったです。 観光の関係で朝食は利用しませんでしたが、ランチでホテル内のレストランを利用しましたが、外では油の多いメニューが多かったのですが、ホテル内のメニューは外国人観光客の好みを反映した味付けで、非常に美味しかったです。 ロビーには茶菓とデトックスウォーターが用意されていて、自由に飲食できました。しかし、デトックスウォーターがぬるかったのは残念です。夏の間は冷えているとさらに嬉しいです。 もしブハラに行くことがあれば、またメルキュールに滞在したいと思います。

お部屋は広くてとても清潔でした。バスタブが大きいところ良かったです。また、暑い時期に行ったので屋内プールはとても快適でした。朝食は種類が豊富で美味しかったですし、ルームサービスもQRコードからオーダーしやすく、料理もすぐに運んでくださり、マンティやサモサ、アチチュクなど、どれも美味しかったです。 市内から少し離れていますが、歩けない距離ではないし、治安がとてもいいので、早朝、夜などの涼しい時間帯は散歩がてら市内へ歩いて行けます。 ここからは個人的なことですが、タクシー配車のヤンデックスゴーが使えず困っていたら、その都度スタッフの方がかわりにヤンデックスを呼んでくれて本当に助かりました。また、タクシー運転手に強引に観光ガイドを勧誘されたためフロントスタッフの方に相談したのですが、そのガイド料は高額すぎると教えてくださり、断ってくれました。オーナーの方もいつも笑顔で挨拶して気を配ってくださり、全てにおいてお勧めできます。

Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet aber etwas hellhörig. Die Fenster isolieren den Kindergeschrei-Lärm aus den Gassen nur halbwegs. Die Betten sind recht hart, Geschmackssache. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich, leider keine Fischprodukte. Brot ebenfalls grosse Auswahl, aber leider vom Vortag! Halbpension ist zu empfehlen für 1 Übernachtung. Ansonsten wiederholt sich das Set-Menü. Gute Auswahl an sehr zahlbaren hochwertigen Moldawische Weinen und Schaumweinen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und eine gute Abkühlung mit 30 Grad Wassertemperatur bei über 40Grad Aussentemperatur! Leider keine Ladestation für Elektro-Autos. Gutes Fremdsprachen Niveau der Mitarbeiter! Vielen Dank

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The spa facilities were fantastic, and we especially loved the Finnish sauna, Turkish hammam, and the pool area. The breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view, making each morning very enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located in the old part of the city. It takes only about 5 minutes by car to reach Labi Hovuz, from where you can easily explore the main sightseeing attractions on foot. As an added bonus, we were allowed to check in a little earlier than the agreed time, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was good, but the roof terrace was not as nice as described in the review. And our standard room looked different on the website Hotels.com pictured. The room has a mini-window on the ground floor. For this, a frosted glass window and a glass door to the hallway, which is why dark curtains hang. The room was not adequate for the expensive room price

駅からホテルまでタクシーの送迎を頼んでいたにも関わらず、忘れられていて大変な思いをしました。チェックイン時にも謝罪なく、さらに朝食込みプランにも関わらず、朝食はついていないと言われてさらに一悶着。これくらいのグレードのホテルならちゃんとしてほしい。 施設は綺麗です
