"Pros: Ein sehr freundlicher Verwalter kümmerte sich, trotz später Ankunft um uns....wir haben es recht schwer gefunden.....vorgefunden haben wir eine schöne, ruhige, abgeschiedene Finca, die mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet ist, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt....zur Begrüßung lag Obst, Bier, Wasser und Eiswürfel in absolut ausreichender Menge im Kühlschrank....der Pool ....mit Meerwasser gefüllt, hat uns wohlige Abkühlung beschert. Leider waren, für unseren Geschmack, die Betten extrem hart, so war...

"Komplette Ausstattung extrem veraltet. Diverse Teile defekt, wie z.B. Duschhalterungen, Polsterauflagen, Vordach der Terrasse und vieles mehr. Der Backofen war ein dreckiges und stinkendes Objekt. Alle Matratzen ( bis auf das Doppelbett ) komplett durchgelegen. Wir haben uns wirklich gefragt, warum es nicht möglich ist für diesen Preis einen einigermaßen akzeptablen Standard zu bieten. Zustand der Finca stammt aus den 90-er Jahren ! Schade - wir hatten uns sehr auf diesen Urlaub gefreut."

"Pros: Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Kommunikation und Verständigung war sehr einfach. Im Haus vorhanden waren bereits die Dinge vorhanden, die man für den Start benötigt. Die Einrichtung war sauber und alle Geräte waren einsatzbereit (Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine (Kapsel)). Die Lage war sehr schön, allerdings auch sehr abgelegen - das muss man beachten. Der Pool war sauber und erfrischend, wir haben ihn aber aufgrund der Temperaturen Ende März nur sporadisch...

"The view alone from the room would make me book this stay again. The amenities are just the cherry on top! The front desk staff were extremely helpful. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good!"

"The hotel is immaculately clean. All staff are pleasant and helpful. Meals are varied and plenty of choices for all diet requirements/preferences. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the hotel outwith the dining room and no kettle in the room. You cannot have a cup of tea when arriving late or leaving early. I was in a single occupancy room and the traffic noise from very early morning until late was loud and not relaxing even when wearing earplugs."

"Room was basic but clean. Small bed ( but comfy ) small bathroom and shower ( though did the truck ! I can image a bigger person struggling ) Only issue was the ants ! Seemed to appear from nowhere in the dozen, but of course, it is located in the mountains. Cold cuts, juice and pastries for breakfast so don’t expect fancy. Was sufficient enough :) lovely staff and a beautifully clean environment with gorgeous surroundings all around"

"We needed a cheap overnight hotel, this was perfect, basic but modern and clean. My only criticism which is only small, I messaged them to ask about the out of hours process but no reply until the the day of check in, I was getting worried for no reason, as long as you notify them in advance it’s very simple."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and as pictured. We loved the beach that the hotel is on, and it’s located near a bunch of shops and restaurants. Only reason I knocked it down a star was for the half board buffet. Personally the buffet was not worth the price and we didn’t use it a majority of our trip as there were better tasting options near by. Also two people on our trip are vegan and nothing at the buffet had ingredients labeled which made it difficult."
